Hilltop Views is devoted to developing vacation homes in the New Hampshire White Mountains. Our trademark houses all are energy efficient and have spectacular views. “If it’s on top of the mountain, it’s probably from Hilltop Views!”It is a 1,200 acre resort community of vacation homes and condominiums in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountains and just minutes from Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, and Tenney Mountain Ski Resorts. At the center of the community is a multi-million dollar recreation center which houses facilities to satisfy all of your recreational needs: two indoor swimming pools and a jacuzzi, spacious locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor swimming pool, a community pond with a sandy beach swimming area and plentiful fishing, tennis courts, a basketball court, volleyball court, playground/picnic area, exercise/weight room, tanning booths, childrens' arcade, library, mail center, The Summit Lounge, and hiking / cross-country ski trails.
